Hi my name is Cathy Jones. I create and sell original watercolors and mixed media paintings. I specialise in views that have inspired me on trips and visits around my local area of Devon and Cornwall and further afield.
I love the colours of life and hope that I convey this vibrancy through my artwork.
Many of my current series of prints I have made individually unique by adding onto them my little friend, Tig my cat. This is a concept called remarking which artists started using in the 19th Century to make their prints more valuable. I think that it makes the prints more fun and I hope that you will too. Tig will always be in a different place on each print.
Also, for that special occasion or present, I also offer to create semi original prints which, within certain constraints, can be individualised to your requirements.
